The hotel location was quite nice, as it was close to a thermal spa and a city park, perfect for enjoying a relaxing vacation. The staff was helpful and friendly, always ready to help with anything we needed. Moreover, the breakfast was great, with fresh and diverse foods that we really enjoyed.

The hotel facilities were not as great as we expected. The carpet was in bad shape, and some of the furniture was quite outdated. Besides, the restaurant was nothing special, the food was okay but not outstanding. The worst part was perhaps the pillows, which were old, lumpy, and uncomfortable. the experience was just average, and we hoped for a more comfortable stay.
